Queensland South Sea Pearls offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product, or the product does not match the photos in the product description just return the product to us for a full refund or credit (minus the postage cost). Products must be returned in original packaging and condition (not used). Please note that you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods with your intentions to return the item. All returns must be completed within 10 days. Please ensure you receive approval prior to sending any goods back.
In the case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the team at Queensland South Sea Pearls within 2 days of receiving your goods and prior to sending it back. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be given.
If you return an item that we have custom-made for you and you seek a refund instead of a replacement, QSSP reserves the right to reduce the refund by the cost of the work done plus any impairment to the value of the pearls.
